I can't fault the performance as my most demanding game runs very well. Improvements can be made for relatively low cost but I don't feel in any real hurry. The low cost Square Trade 3 yr. warrantee was a good "piece of mind" add on for this CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme GXi990 Desktop also.
- Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge / 3.5GHz (Max 3.9GHz) (3rd Generation)

- Windows 8
This 3rd generation Quad-Core Intel Core i7 Unlocked Processor delivers ultra-fast processing speed at 3.50GHz, further improved to a blazing fast 3.90GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology. Get a boost in graphics with the NVIDIA GeForce GT620 2GB video card. This graphics card will provide the extra oomph you need from gaming to HD photo and video editing. The GeForce GT620 also features DirectX 11 and PhysX support for a visually enhanced gaming experience.
I was expecting issues with Windows 8 but so far have had only one problem installing a program. Most all of my legacy stuff installed easily and runs well with no compatibility issues at all. The new Start screen actually grows on you but having a standard Desktop and file Explorer just a quick key press away is nice too.
The keyboard though light doesn't seem fragile and the keys feel secure and uniformly responsive. I find that I use the special speaker control keys a lot. The mouse works reliably as well. I even find myself using the funky side page up-down keys.
The CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme GXi990 Desktop Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge machine is excellent and plays anything I've tried to run on it. Sims 3 at max? No issue. LOTRO at max? No issue. Skyrim on Ultra, Battlefield, no problems :DIt's a good out of the box unit, with a little know-how it can be a great one.
I would definitely look at another CyberPowerPC if this one proves reliable over time. Edit Jan 29: System is on morning till bedtime 7 days a week and still running quietly and problem free. Still very pleased.
